saa is located on the corner of East David Road and Hempstead Station in Kettering, Ohio, on several acres adjacent to a quiet residential neighborhood. RTA bus lines are accessible at the corner of the college property.

The college is contained in one 15,000 square foot air-conditioned, well-lit facility. Eight studio classrooms accommodate graphic design, illustration, computer graphics, and academic classes. [Average class size is 15-20 students.] saa has an accessible entrance ramp and restroom facilities for persons with physical disabilities.

The building includes a library, a print center, faculty and staff offices, conference rooms, and an atrium commons area, as well as a cafe area with vending machines, microwaves, coffee brewer, and refrigerator. The outdoor area offers covered patio seating, a bike rack, and a basketball goal. A large expanse of green space includes recreation areas, a volleyball court, and a soccer area.
