saa is recognized as one of the most award-winning colleges in the Midwest.

SAA is recognized by industry professionals as one of the most award-winning colleges in the Midwest. Whether SAA students are competing regionally or nationally for industry design awards, they always come out on top. The recognition enhances SAA’s reputation as an excellent graphic design college, and benefits all students. After receiving these awards, many of these graduates are recruited by some of the top design firms and agencies in the nation.

2013 was an excellent year for SAA graduates. The Class of 2012 won over 80 awards from professional organizations such as the American Advertising Federation, the Columbus Society of Communicating Arts, and Graphic Design USA Magazine. Graduates Laura Lyle and Molli Ross were selected by GDUSA Magazine as “Students to Watch” in the U.S. The year’s awards season culminated with the American Advertising Federation National ADDY Awards, where SAA graduates walked away with four national ADDY awards.
