financial aid appointment

For students starting Year One in the fall of 2013, the financial aid process needs to be completed before July 31, 2013.

If you are interested in applying for financial aid at saa, the first thing you need to do is schedule an appointment to meet with Tracy Gardner in Financial Aid. To schedule your Financial Aid appointment, contact the Financial Aid department at 877 300 9866 between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday during the school year. More limited hours are available during the summer break.

It is not necessary to complete any financial aid paperwork before your scheduled appointment. At the appointment, we will walk you through the process. saa provides this service at no cost to you.

What to bring to your Financial Aid Appointment:

  • A signed copy of your [and/or your spouse's] 2012 Federal Income Tax return, all schedules and W2s.
  • If you are financially dependent, a signed copy of your parents’ [and/or spouse if currently married] 2012 Federal Income Tax return, all schedules and W2s [required in addition to your own].
  • If you are an eligible non-citizen, you will need to bring Proof of Citizenship.
