saa uses Macintosh Computers for all course work. Students are not required to know how to use the Mac computer prior to attending saa.
Laptops
Students are required to purchase and bring to class their own Macintosh laptop computer. Understandably, many incoming students have never before used an Apple computer, let alone considered having their own laptops. The talented instructors at saa will educate you on using your laptop and each of the software programs.
Representatives of MacTown [formerly known as A Macintosh Store] will be available at saa Open Houses and First Year Orientation to answer your questions and to display models for you to inspect.
