saa is located on the corner of East David Road and Hempstead Station in Kettering, Ohio, on several acres adjacent to a quiet residential neighborhood. RTA bus lines are accessible at the corner of the college property.
The college is contained in one 15,000 square foot air-conditioned, well-lit facility. Eight studio classrooms accommodate graphic design, illustration, computer graphics, and academic classes.
